Approximately 3–5 working days after successful purchase/processing, subject to product availability, transportation, customs and other applicable factors. Customers will receive a pickup notification when the order is ready. (Pickup timing may vary depending on the shipment and operational circumstances. This does NOT mean home delivery).
⚠️ 30% Advance Payment Policy
The 30% advance payment is non-refundable after order confirmation. Applicable if the customer cancels the order after purchase confirmation, refuses pickup, changes their mind, or fails to complete the remaining balance according to agreed terms.
❌ No Return / Refund / Exchange
Customers must carefully verify product model, size, colour, specifications, seller, quantity and other details before confirming the order. Where legally required, applicable consumer rights must not be improperly excluded.
📱💻 Electronics Warranty
Electronics warranty is strictly subject to manufacturer/brand warranty terms. Warranty claims may need to be handled through authorised UAE or international service centres. Indian warranty coverage is not guaranteed.
📦 Product Packaging & Open-Box Inspection
Due to transportation, airline cargo security regulations, customs clearance and applicable logistics requirements, certain electronics products (mobile phones, laptops, smart watches) may arrive in open-box condition for serial verification. Packaging for clothes and perfumes is supplied in the condition provided by the UAE merchant.
