- Pickup Verification Records: 6-digit Pickup OTP logs, collection timestamp, and physical identity inspection timestamps at our Ahmedabad Depot.
2. How Your Information Is Used
Your data is utilized solely for:
- Verifying stock, pricing, and freight charges with UAE merchants.
- Generating flight cargo manifests and customs declaration documentation.
- Communicating quotations, Razorpay advance payment links, and arrival notices via WhatsApp and SMS.
- Authenticating the legitimate consignee during unboxing and handover at our Ahmedabad Depot.
3. Payment Security • Razorpay Integration
All financial transactions are processed securely through the licensed Razorpay Payment Gateway. We never view, collect, or store your credit card numbers, debit card PINs, CVV codes, net banking passwords, or UPI security credentials on our servers. All payment sessions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL protocols.
4. Non-Disclosure • Zero Data Selling
We do not rent, sell, or trade your personal information to third-party telemarketers or advertisers. Information is only shared with authorized logistics carriers, air cargo consolidated handlers, and customs authorities to the minimum extent necessary to execute lawful international transit.

Customer contact and order records are retained for statutory accounting, tax compliance, and anti-fraud audit purposes in accordance with applicable Indian laws. You may request verification or deletion of non-essential profile data by contacting our concierge desk.
